Reaching the low 40's...

No, I'm not getting that old yet. But simply put, within the past two weeks, I got sick. My arrogant self just won't let me take it as that. I still went to school with a fever capping out at 38.5 degrees. Not too bad right?

It all really goes downhill from there. I was able to attend my first class without much difficulty. But after that, with a peak temperature of 39.5, I decided to go take a rest. My usual sleeping place wasn't available although I would have preferred that since that person is easier to talk to. But I had to settle for the clinic. Definitely not comfortable, the mattress was thin enough that it felt like I was sleeping directly on the plywood. But at least it was a 'bed'. Anyway, I slept for about 4 hours before I decided to eat lunch. That's when it happened. The peak temperature of 40.4! Hehe. Needless to say, only a few people know. Aside from my big brother, my multi-disciplinary instructor/sensei/mentor and the people with me at the time, I don't think anyone else knew.

All that aside, I still went to school the next day, and the day after that. Talk about stubborn. Hehehe
